DIRECTOR & FOUNDER - TAO LAM
With nearly two decades of experience in the advertising and content-creation industry, Tao Lam began his career in 2004 and founded Plan B Film Production in 2013. As a commercial director, he has directed over one hundred brand-driven projects across beauty, banking, retail, lifestyle and technology sectors, developing a distinctive storytelling style and a strong sense of visual identity.
Throughout the years, he has collaborated with leading global and regional brands, including Shiseido, 7-Eleven, HSBC, Sony, Hong Kong Tourism Board, China Mobile, Towngas, Lexus, Tahoe Life, Estée Lauder, Guerlain, Sisley Paris, The Body Shop, Kate Tokyo, Avène and Innisfree. His work focuses on elevating brand value, strengthening audience engagement and supporting clients in enhancing awareness, reputation and sales performance.
DIRECTOR - MAN LAM
Manlam is a talented commerical director based in Hong Kong, who graduated from The School of Creative Media at City University of Hong Kong. Her work primarily focuses on contemporary and commercial art contexts, where she directs, collaborates, and shoots moving images. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling, Manlam is dedicated to creating visually stunning and emotionally engaging films that leave a lasting impression on her audience.
One of Manlam's greatest strengths is her ability to capture the essence of Hong Kong's unique culture and character. She is deeply invested in the unfolding future of the city and seeks to showcase its beauty and complexity through her films. Her work has been praised for its authenticity and ability to capture the spirit of Hong Kong's people and places.

Her commercial clients include some of the biggest names in the industry, such as HSBC, BOC life, yUU, Public Bank (Hong Kong), 7-eleven, Nespresso, Guerlain Paris, Adidas, and many others. In 2023, Manlam's directorial work for yUU won the Kam Fan Awards, presented by the HK4As, recognizes excellence in the field of production design and is a testament to Manlam's exceptional talent and dedication to her craft. PHOTOGRAPHER - SZE LONG
Szelong has been working in commercial production since 2017. He focus on photographer as well as a director of photography. He worked on a number of key visual, commercials, and music videos with his creative perspective.
He was a visual based artist experience in post production, concert visual wall, exhibition design and video directing. He expresses his ideas, messages or emotions through his work of art.
Szelong believe that everything has a good and beautiful side, and keep trying different communication media to deliver the message.
