TOWER 535｜Property Sales Presentation Video

This sales video was created for the grand opening of TOWER 535, a landmark commercial development in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.

As the site was still under construction during production, the entire video was executed using a combination of physical sets and CG visualisation. Plan B Film translated architectural plans and design intent into a cohesive visual narrative, accurately showcasing spatial layout, building features, and lifestyle potential.

The project presented a significant creative and technical challenge—requiring precise interpretation of design details and clear communication of multiple features without a completed physical space. Through careful planning, visual storytelling, and CG execution, Plan B Film delivered a compelling sales video that enabled audiences to experience the property ahead of its official opening.
