PROJECT OVERVIEW
“28Hse TVC 2022” is a cinematic one-shot commercial starring Hong Kong actress Jessica Hsuan（宣萱）, produced by Plan B Film Production House.
The film follows a young couple navigating Hong Kong’s competitive property market. Through a continuous one-shot camera movement, the story highlights how the 28Hse mobile app simplifies the home-searching experience—letting users browse listings, compare flats and find ideal options efficiently.
Jessica Hsuan brings a grounded, trustworthy presence that enhances the couple’s journey, reinforcing the message that the right tools make finding a home easier and more hopeful.
Plan B Film managed the production and one-shot execution, coordinating performance, camera movement, timing and scene transitions so the product journey could unfold naturally within one continuous visual flow.
