HSBC One brings together Keung To and Stephen Fung in a playful campaign launch film built around an unexpected conversation about “taking the plunge.”

What begins as Stephen sharing his experience as a filmmaker quickly takes an unexpected turn when Keung To brings up his own very different experience of “taking the plunge”. Playing with the double meaning of the phrase, the conversation turns into a humorous exchange between the two.

The film relies on their contrasting personalities and natural chemistry rather than exaggerated comedy. Through subtle reactions, pauses and conversational timing, the humour gradually unfolds while keeping the performances relaxed and authentic.

Visually, we kept the setting clean and cinematic, allowing the interaction between Keung To and Stephen Fung to remain at the centre of the film.
