This campaign for 28Hse features Jessica in a fast-paced, exaggerated comedic narrative designed to capture the everyday urgency of finding the right home. The story embraces a bold, high-energy tone, using humour and stylised performance to reflect the pressure modern city dwellers often face when navigating the housing market. Through a series of spirited moments and expressive reactions, the commercial builds a playful contrast between frantic searching and the instant clarity offered by the 28Hse platform.

The creative direction centred on amplifying relatable frustrations—missed opportunities, endless scrolling, unsuitable listings—and heightening them through an intentionally over-the-top comedic style. Early concept discussions focused on how Jessica’s natural charisma and timing could elevate these situations, allowing her to move effortlessly between exaggerated emotion and sharp comedic beats. This approach shaped the structure of the film, guiding it toward a rhythm that feels chaotic yet controlled, mirroring the experience of urban home hunting.

Visually, the commercial leans into bright compositions, dynamic framing, and quick transitions, creating a lively momentum that matches the story’s sense of urgency. Camera movement plays an important role in accentuating Jessica’s performance, capturing her expressive gestures and rapid shifts in mood. Lighting and colour palettes were chosen to amplify energy and enhance the comedic tone, keeping the environment bold, vibrant, and in constant motion.

Performance direction encouraged spontaneity and heightened expression, allowing Jessica’s personality to drive the mood of each scene. Her reactions—sudden realizations, humorous panic, exaggerated relief—become the emotional engine of the commercial, making the message immediately clear and relatable.
